Description:
- Organising and managing project team, including hiring contractors as needed to complete specifc tasks
- Communicating with clients throughout the project to ensure they are satisfied with progress and updates
- Developing and implementing project timelines, ensuring that dealines are met and tasks are completed on time
- Evaluating project risks and making recommendations for mitigration of identified risks
- Providing regular progress reports to clients on the status of projects
- Communicating with architects, engineers, contrators, subcontractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in the project
- Ensuring all project documentation is completed according to company standards and laws
