SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in managing and delivering enterprise-level projects, ideally within the FinTech or financial services sector.
- Certifications: Prince 2, Prince 2 Agile, or an equivalent project management certification.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project goals, progress, and outcomes to both internal teams and external clients.
- Problem Solving: Strong agile thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of addressing complex challenges efficiently.
- Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships with clients, particularly within tier-1 banks, and internal stakeholders.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently with sound judgment on when to escalate project-related issues.

Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Customer Success projects, with a focus on large-scale implementations for tier-1 banks and key internal projects.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product, sales, and customer success to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and challenges throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all deadlines, milestones, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements in project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Client Engagement: Ensure that our solutions and processes consistently deliver exceptional value to our clients, driving high levels of satisfaction, particularly within the banking sector.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data, metrics, and insights to strengthen the Customer Success function and optimize project outcomes.
