KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• To deliver new installation projects successfully on time and on budget
• To ensure all necessary resources are coordinated and available
• Develop, deliver and implement a detailed project plan
• Measure and report on project performance
• Ensure all variations are appropriately managed
• Meet budgetary expectations for all projects, individually and collectively
• Manage any and all third-party resources within appropriate project guidelines
