ABOUT THE COMPANY
With over 20 years experience across Sydney tour client is seeking a Project Manager to join the team to be fully supported by our leading construction team.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Minimum of 10+ years overall experience in the construction industry 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at a high level

Responsibilities:
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE
- Manage & deliver end to end large scale fit-out projects $100k - $5m
- Deliver projects on time and within budget
- Provide full scope & feasibility of works
- To support in the delivery of supply & installation projects
- Contract administration, invoicing and project variation management
- Problem solving and developing swift solutions to on and off-site issues
- Monitor job progress against program, keep stakeholders updated and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensuring that the highest standards of health and safety are considered as a priority throughout all stages of the project
