Responsibilities:

WHY THE ROLE EXISTS

Responsible for managing, coordinating, and supporting the execution of projects assigned based on the Programme Delivery Roadmap. There are a real variety of projects which you may manage, from working with our Consumer team on new consumer product launches, to pharmaceutical contract development or projects within our own pharmaceutical manufacturing programme. You will be driving and overseeing project execution by utilising best practice project management principles including the development of detailed project timelines, resource plans, supporting with business case generation, benefits mapping, and project status reporting.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Project Implementation: Be the driving force behind our most exciting projects! Lead from the front, guiding your team through every stage of the project lifecycle: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control, and Closing. Your leadership will turn ideas into reality.
  • Internal Alignment: Champion collaboration! Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure everyone is on the same page. Resolve resource conflicts with finesse and build strong, cooperative relationships with both internal and external partners.
  • Project Documentation and Reporting: Keep everything on track and transparent! Perform all documentation tasks, maintain project management tools and templates, and ensure proper file storage. Your meticulous attention to detail will keep our projects running smoothly.
