Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
We are actively recruiting a Construction Project Manager to take full ownership and leadership of projects from inception through to completion. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. You will oversee key project deliverables, including budgets, timelines, and quality standards, while ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Consultants, across a variety of sectors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establishing clear and effective communication between clients and project teams through meetings and documentation.
