PROJECT MANAGER FOR KARHULA TECHNOLOGY CENTER

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, and a passion for leading projects to successful completion. In this role you have an opportunity to shape your role by leveraging your strengths.

• Lead and manage technical projects from inception to completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
  In this position technical background is an advantage, but not necessary. You will work closely with other technology centers globally, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our stakeholders’ operations as well as of our products.

You might be the person we’re looking for if you have:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
• A relevant higher education degree
• Understanding of project management methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in English, Finnish skills are an advantage

Experience in machine and other equipment design is a plus but not required. The key is your openness to new things and willingness to grow in your role. You are outgoing, cooperative, and have excellent interpersonal skills. Occasional travel readiness is required.
