QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you possess:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s within Engineering, Life Sciences, IT, Project Management or similar.
  • Experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Solid experience in project management, scale-up of new buildings, facilities and compliance projects.
  • Extensive experience in communicating at all levels.
  • Full fluency in written and spoken English and can communicate in Danish.

It will be seen as an advantage if you have had experience withing GMP regulated industry, as well as experience in different project management frameworks such as: Waterfalls, Stage Gate Model and Agile Project Management.
As a person, you have a high degree of independence and a flair for leadership as the job requires a high degree of cross functional skills, to set goals and deliver results. You know how to stay focused, despite changing demands or tight deadlines. You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills including the ability to communicate complex subjects in an easy and understandable way.

Responsibilities:

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Identify and drive projects from idea to implementation, in collaboration with various stakeholders in and outside SDF OPS DK.
  • Creating, together with key project members, project plans with appropriate levels of detail and presenting these plans to management.
  • Utilising the established governance within project management to provide clarity on responsibilities and expectations in your project team, meeting structure, feedback procedures and the routines of collaboration.
  • Act as one point of entry for relevant cross functional projects
