Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Base Salary: $75,000 + (depending on experience)
Additional pay: Bonuses and commissions may apply

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Proficiency using Xactanalysis and Xactimate is preferable.
  • Certifications in WRT, Asbestos, FSRT or similar are preferable.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong sales and marketing abilities
  • Bringing a book of business with you is an asset.

Responsibilities:

PROJECT MANAGER ROLE

As a Project Manager reporting to the Branch Manager, your primary responsibility will be to schedule, manage, overseeand coordinate restoration projects to ensure timely and successful completion. Working closely with clients, internal teams, and external contractors, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial assessment to final delivery. Your duties will include sales/outreach to earn projects, developing project plans, setting timelines, allocating resources, and monitoring progress to meet quality standards and client expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Project Planning and Execution:
    · Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
    · Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to assign tasks and responsibilities.
    · Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
    · Conduct regular project meetings to track progress, address issues, and mitigate risks.
    · Monitor project costs, timelines, risks, and report updates to stakeholders
    · Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project
  2. Client Communication and Relationship Management:
    · Deliver outstanding customer service, coordinating effectively with brokers, insurance companies, and clients
    · Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
    · Communicate project updates, milestones, and any deviations from the original plan.
    · Proactively address client concerns and provide solutions to meet their needs.
    · Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and satisfaction.
  3. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
    · Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
    · Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to maximize team performance.
    · Facilitate effective communication and coordination between internal departments and external partners.
    · Resolve conflicts and escalate issues as necessary to ensure project success.
  4. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
    · Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
    · Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    · Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
    · Implement corrective actions as needed to address deviations from quality requirements.
    · Document project activities, outcomes, and lessons learned for future reference and continuous improvement.
