Join our global team as Project/Program Manager for Strategic Procurement to contribute to the success of Siemens Healthineers Procurement Digitalization, Data Management and Systems team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of Strategic Procurement projects
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Develop full scale project plans
  • Assemble and coordinate project staff, if applicable
  • Manage project budget
  • Manage project resource allocation
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  • Provide direction and support to project teams
  • Organizes cross-functional activities
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • Project evaluations and assessment of results

Requirements:

  • You successfully completed studies in business technology or alternatively in business administration.
  • You have many years of professional experience in the area of Strategic Procurement / Supply Chain Management or Finance.
  • Minimum 5-7 years Project Management experience.
  • Ability to manage projects at a relatively detailed level while still possessing Executive level presence.
  • You have a detailed understanding of relevant Strategic Procurement processes and applications
  • Detail oriented with excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
  • You are an intrinsic motivated and pragmatic personality – maker mentality
  • With strong customer orientation and very good communication and presentation skills in English you are able to present your results adequately to various management teams
  • You are a team player, strong in decision making and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • You have worked with/in different cultures and global organizations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Project), SharePoint and Monday.com
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • SAP MM experience is a plus
  • Experience measuring business performance against objectives.
  • Ability to predict risk areas and have mitigation/contingency strategies designed
  • Can effectively manage and resolve very complex project issues as well as proactively planning to prevent issues
