Your role as Project Manager
As a Project Manager at Foxway, you will lead the planning and execution of customer onboarding and rollout projects. Your mission? To ensure every project hits it’s mark – on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Foxway, driving a smooth onboarding experience for our customers and making sure each step on the journey is a success.

What you will be doing:

• Plan and coordinate projects within sustainable IT solutions
• Manage customer onboarding projects
• Coordinate replacement and rollouts for our customers
• Identify tasks and necessary resources for successful execution
• Manage project resources efficiently
• Create project plans and timelines
• Effective time management to ensure high quality project deliverables
• Actively manage risks and implement risk management measures
• Budgeting and cost management

WHAT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS ARE DESIRABLE:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management or similar (preferably within the IT sector)
• Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English
• Structured and solution-oriented
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• The ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
