Description:
As a Project Manager - Functional Analyst (Digital), you will join our digital development team. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and update the project roadmap. You will participate in defining a specification document in Agile mode (DOR) and in planning with the technical team. You will balance resource allocation between technical maintenance and solution evolution while assisting the IT Delivery Director in updating performance indicators (KPIs).
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in computer science, project management, or equivalent experience;
- Proven experience in project management and functional analysis roles;
- Certifications: PMP, PSM, CBAP, CSPO, Lean 6 Sigma, or equivalent;
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager and Functional Analyst;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French and English);
- Strong planning and organizational skills;
- Knowledge of Atlassian project management tools, such as Jira;
- Ability to handle unforeseen situations and solve problems creatively;
- Skill in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement;
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments;
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and partners on a national and global scale. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in defining and maintaining the initiative roadmap;
- Capture functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications;
- Define test scenarios, conduct testing, and validate features;
- Plan and manage detailed schedules (tracking deadlines, efforts, milestones);
- Assist with financial management (preparing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and variances);
- Prepare and present project status reports during planning and follow-up meetings;
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation on Confluence;
- Analyze and optimize realization processes to improve productivity.
