NXP’s Automotive Embedded Systems (AES) business unit offers compute, sensing and control solutions that drive all aspects of the secure connected cars of today and the autonomous cars of tomorrow. It provides the processing power to help accelerate the next breakthrough automotive design for in-cabin experience advanced driver assistance systems, in-vehicle networking, body, chassis, powertrain and safety applications.

We’re looking for a junior project manager or Scrum Master to join our automotive software team in Hamburg.

• The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and excited about taking on new challenges.
• You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex software solutions for the automotive market.
• The day-to-day work will include supporting project activities, coordinating with team members, and managing projects from start to finish.
• It may also including optimization of work flows, and shaping the behavior of teams, driven by key performance indicators.
• Experience with SAFe/Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• A background in software development is preferred.
• Ideally, you’ll have some experience working in a matrix organization, but we’re also open to training the right candidate.
