YOUR PROFILE:
We’re looking for an experienced project manager with a background in marketing and communications. Knowledge of sales, real estate, tech, or B2B environments is a plus and will set you up for success.
Communication: Fluent in both Swedish and English. Strong relationship-building abilities, service-minded approach, and great communication skills.
Project Management: Proven experience in event planning, B2B coordination, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with both an eye for detail, a strategic perspective, and a problem solving attitude.
Organisational Strength: Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage various projects, keeping objectives and deadlines in focus.
Budget Management: Skilled in tracking and managing event budgets to support successful outcomes.

ABOUT THE ROLE
At Hemnet, our mission is clear: without agents, there would be no Hemnet. As a Project Manager in our in-house marketing team, you’ll play an important role in supporting agents and enhancing our B2B relationships. You’ll manage impactful projects from coordinating events to producing high-quality sales and product materials. Working closely with a cross-functional team, including sales and product departments, you’ll ensure we continue delivering value and elevating our brand presence.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:
- Lead and execute key B2B projects to support agents in their daily work.
- Play a central role in organising Guldhemmet, one of our most significant and celebrated events.
- With support from the team, produce high-quality sales materials for our sales team and targeted product resources for our B2B customers.
- Plan and coordinate cherished internal events, including team kick-offs and conferences.
