Description:
JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Project Manager - Heritage to join our team. As a prominent joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, we are dedicated to preserving and enhancing Saudi Arabia’s rich cultural heritage while contributing to Vision 2030. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing heritage projects, ensuring that restoration and preservation efforts comply with both local and international standards.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Archaeology, Heritage Conservation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on heritage or cultural projects.
- Strong understanding of heritage conservation principles, practices, and relevant legislation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Experience in engaging with stakeholders and the local community.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage heritage conservation and restoration projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with preservation standards.
- Collaborate with architects, historians, and government agencies to ensure compliance with heritage regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and quality control.
- Engage with stakeholders and the community to promote heritage preservation initiatives.
- Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
