ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Significant experience (5+ years) managing and delivering engineering projects in the mining sector.
• Strong background in engineering consultancy, with a focus on mining or heavy industry-related projects.
• Proven ability to successfully lead and manage large-scale, complex projects from start to finish.
• In-depth knowledge of the technical, financial, and regulatory requirements specific to mining projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and navigate complex challenges in project delivery.

• Lead and manage mining engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and time constraints.
• Oversee the technical, financial, and regulatory aspects of mining projects, ensuring all requirements are met to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to define project objectives, develop detailed plans, and ensure smooth execution.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service and driving project success.
• Manage project risks and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure successful project outcomes.
