Summary
The successful candidate will provide project management, integration, and requirements management support, with a particular emphasis on Outage Coordination

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Use hands to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situation
Responsibilities:
Communicate promptly and clearly with all internal and external customers regarding outages and their impact when services are disrupted, or systems fail.
Coordinate the efforts of teams and individuals troubleshooting system issues, ensuring efficient resolution.
Provide timely status updates to keep all stakeholders informed.
Shield the troubleshooting team from distractions and unnecessary inquiries to maintain focus and efficiency.
Manage all aspects of the After-Action Report and Root Cause Analysis to ensure thorough documentation and learning from incidents.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the Sponsor, fostering trust and effective communication.
Work closely with technical teams to develop solutions, enhance capabilities, and meet evolving requirements.
Manage requirements by coordinating and facilitating exchange meetings or forums to determine and validate needs, ensuring tasks are performed according to agreed-upon plans.
Prepare and present comprehensive documentation, status reports, data calls, deliverables, and briefings.
Serve as a primary interface between the Sponsor and technical teams, facilitating effective two-way communication.
Document and maintain IT system information accurately in the Sponsor’s custom repository.
Maintain consistent, proactive, and timely communication with Sponsor management and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Collaborate with internal technical teams and management to build strong relationships and achieve organizational objectives.
Required Experience, Skills, & Technologies
7+ years of relevant Project Management/Information Technology experience
Exceptional relationship building skills, and the ability to drive toward solutions in a collaborative manner.
Strong experience with project management, requirements management, systems integration, and/or systems engineering
Strong experience gathering, writing, tracking, and managing technical requirements/workloads in a complex environment.
Strong ability to manage competing priorities and communication to multiple stakeholders, while managing expectations appropriately
Experience with project management and other software suites, such as JIRA and Microsoft Office products
A bachelor degree,High School Diploma or GED
Desired Experience, Skills & Technologies
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience working in a mission environment and/or with many different types of data
