QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a curiosity about self-organization.
• Demonstrated ability managing projects and leading multi-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar programs.
• Familiarity with software engineering and project management techniques.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German beneficial!

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical education (Programming, Electro Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.).
• Experience in the gaming industry is advantageous.
• Agile, Scrum, or PMI certification is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

A Project Manager at IGT, you will:

• Facilitate the development and delivery of game projects from inception to submission.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, notes, meeting outcomes, and schedules with game teams.
• Develop, track, and report on project progress, resources, and metrics.
• Identify and monitor project risks, issues, change requests, and mitigation plans.
• Embrace challenges and constructive feedback to improve game production processes.
• Support the team, studio, and business with unique tasks or project requests outside routine development responsibilities.
