Work schedule: Hybrid, going to the office in GDL for 3 days.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• More than 6-8 years of experience with a reputed services / consulting firm offering Security Consulting, Implementation and Managed Security.
• 5+ years of client facing Project Management experience in IT PMP Required.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to effectively present and work with C-level through Individual Contributors (all levels) in IT and business functions.
• Expert level experience in PM software.
• Demonstrated ability to build lasting cross-functional relationships, including strong influential and communication skills.
• PMP, ScrumMaster or related Project Management certifications.
• Strong team player: collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources.
• Strong influencing skills: ability to negotiate with project teams & stakeholders when there is a conflict.
• Strong analytical and strong problem-solving skills: communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans.
• Demonstrated skills in proactively identifying, facilitating and driving closure of a product/program.
• Knowledge of engineering tools and processes (QMS).
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently toward timely completion of a variety of assignments.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Prince 2 or ITIL certifications a plus.
• Accredited Certification on Project Management (PMP, Prince 2) or any other industry certification(s) a plus.

The Project Manager II will be responsible for the implementation and execution of internal Cybersecurity technical projects to deliver high quality outcomes. The primary deliverables are initiating and delivering multiple projects in parallel and in collaboration with internal technical staff to ensure outcomes delivery of projects on-time, within scope, within budget and effectively with timely reporting to stakeholders.
