Project Manager II

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED (IF APPLICABLE)

a. Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent
b. Preferably with least 2 years relevant technical qualification and experience in implementing surveillance and security systems.
c. Strong organizational abilities to manage a technical team.
d. Relevant technical experience in deploying solutions in ANY of the following : Surveillance Solutions, Video Analytics, Networking, Microsoft Windows Servers, Wireless solutions, Mobile application, Database Administration (MS SQL, Oracle, etc.), object-oriented programming language (.NET, C++, Java)
e. Good vendor management skills
f. Certifications such as PMP and CITPM would be advantages.
Working location : West and Projects location

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

a. Report to Department Manager
b. Responsible and ensure the deliverables of projects.
c. Conduct design reviews and project meetings with customers.
d. Monitor and control all project activities , cost, and schedule.
e. Plan and co-ordinate project resources including internal team and dealing with sub-contractor.
f. Work with team members for software/hardware integration to meet delivery deadline.
g. Expected to work on assigned project independently and able to work well within a team setting to meeting overall project objectives.
h. Prepare IT technical solutions for Tenders submission.
i. Perform project administration (e.g. job opening, cash-in flow projection report, sales confirmation report, job closing etc.)
