JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within industrial machinery.
  • Engineering mindset with the ability understand complicated systems
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels of an organization both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and collaboration.
  • Meaningfully contributing to complex engineered solutions as part of a team.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance.
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, motivating team members to achieve their best performance.
