JOB DESCRIPTION:
- We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within industrial machinery.
- Engineering mindset with the ability understand complicated systems
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels of an organization both internally and externally.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and collaboration.
- Meaningfully contributing to complex engineered solutions as part of a team.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, motivating team members to achieve their best performance.
