Responsibilities:

  • Define project objectives, scope, timelines, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals;
  • Select and implement PM tools and frameworks;
  • If required to participate in the Project contract negotiations, ensuring the risk management and project foresight and planning;
  • Support the Project Coordinator by providing guidance on preferred transportation options, exploring alternatives where necessary, and obtaining project approvals;
  • Evaluate the technical suitability of transport methods with external technical specialists, setting Required-On-Site dates for materials and equipment;
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth cargo flow from origin to destination and prepare project-specific working procedures and commercial/technical offers;
  • Review Shipping Plans to create and monitor action plans, addressing any conditions required for project execution;
  • Manage daily operations (documentation, risk management) with Project Coordinator support and maintain the OOG/HL schedule per the Master Equipment List;
  • Organize a project closure meeting with the team and stakeholders to review lessons learned and provide recommendations for future projects;
  • Finalize all financial reports and close out any remaining invoices and budgets to ensure all financial obligations are settled.
