Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Reporting to the VP of Sales Strategy and Revenue Operations, we are looking for a Project Manager with a specialism in Revenue/Sales Operations In this role, you will work as a team member within the revenue operations and commercial functions to support strategy, requirements and timelines, and lead operational projects through design, delivery, management and support for initiatives supporting and driving top line growth. This position involves regular communication with internal stakeholders on roadmaps, progress, risks and change control. You will provide project leadership, mitigate project risks, identify trade-offs and provide overall project input & management.

  • Manage strategic projects & collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that maximize revenue & market share to successful completion.
  • Participate in and aid implementation of revenue growth strategies & action plans - Assisting in identifying opportunities & trends to drive growth
  • Lead and manage multiple projects aimed at increasing revenue, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product development teams to ensure cohesive execution
  • Monitor and analyse project performance, revenue metrics, and KPIs
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project status, revenue growth outcomes, and ROI to senior management
  • Identify and address any project risks or issues promptly
