We are looking for a talented Financial Project Manager to join our Industrial Engines & Aftermarket Product Review Team specialising in project and budget management in Daventry, United Kingdom.

  • Allowable Work Location: United Kingdom, Hybrid with 40% working at any UK Cummins Site.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree required.
  • Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.
  • GB certified or experienced project manager.
  • PowerBI and Connect Site management experience a plus, but not required.
  • Previous AOP experience is desirable.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

  • Driving Project Success: By leading multiple projects from start to finish, you’ll ensure that each project meets its objectives and delivers value to stakeholders.
  • Effective Planning: Facilitating project planning sessions will help define clear scopes and objectives, setting a strong foundation for successful project execution.
  • Proactive Issue Resolution: Identifying, tracking, and resolving project issues will minimise disruptions and keep projects on track.
  • Risk Management: Using quality tools to identify and manage risks will help mitigate potential issues and ensure project stability.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Documenting and sharing team learnings will promote continuous improvement and enhance the success of future projects.
  • Manages IEA Engineering AOP target tracking against forecasts for Product Management
  • Manages the Industrial Product Management Dashboard site, which includes content management and access
  • Manages the Industrial Product Management SIPOC, supports internal and external audits, as needed.
  • Supports the Industrial Product Review Manager by managing action items, KPIs, presentation materials, etc.
  • Special projects as needed.
