Job Description:
Project Manager
Comms-care is looking for a junior project manager who can demonstrate a track record in the delivery of small-scale projects, senior project co-ordination and the support of complex projects as part of an enabling delivery team. You will work closely with our customer base as well as IT technical consultants and trusted third parties whilst adhering to the relevant governance, assurance, process, and procedures to enable the successful delivery of projects. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a crucial role in project success.

As a junior project manager you will……

• ensure that projects are delivered on time
• Meet business & technical requirements
• Manager agreed budget
• Understand project requirements, delivery timelines and costs.
• Be competent in project delivery methodology.
• Take responsibility for the definition, documentation, and safe execution of projects, actively participating in all phases of the project.
• Develop a single, co-ordinated view of all the planned works.
• Understand ownership, inter-dependencies, and timescales.
• Understand requirement for seamless adoption and operation of products and services delivered through projects.

You will demonstrate personal commitment and accountability to ensure standards are continuously sustained and improved both within the internal teams, and with partner organisations and suppliers.

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have…

• Managed projects or multiple co-ordination workstreams simultaneously and a demonstrable track record of success
• Worked in a Consultancy, Professional Services or Managed Services business
• Experience in the delivery and governance of projects and/or coordination workstreams
• Role model mentality, supporting the team of Project and PMO stakeholders
• Successful track record of having worked in a diverse team
• Experience of Microsoft office
• Financial and Commercial understanding
• Analytical Skills / Problem-solving Customer Centricity
• Thinking Clearly Under Pressure
