Description:

This role will be focused on carrying out a review and completing an options appraisal for exploring alternative commissioning arrangements for the Integrated Community Equipment service.
This role will work collaboratively across four boroughs; Southwark, Lambeth, Greenwich and Bromley to gather insights, information and to explore options for future models of delivering Community Equipment Services.
It is an exciting opportunity for the post holder to work collaboratively across dynamic teams and senior leadership to help shape the future of community equipment services in South East London.
The post holder will be responsible for and supported to deliver the following outputs:
1. Project documentation (project plan, risk log, stakeholder map, etc.)
2. Engagement guide
3. Vision for new service
4. Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) analysis on existing provision and lessons learnt
5. Delivery options appraisal
6. Service specification
7. Implementation and transition plan
8. Legal advice (post holder to coordinate)
9. Procurement advice (post holder to coordinate)
This role is part of the Integrated Commissioning Team, based in Southwark. The role will be hosted by Southwark Council or SEL ICB (Southwark Place), on behalf of Southwark, Lambeth, Greenwich and Bromley.
This post has no direct line management responsibility but is responsible for project management to ensure the project delivers the expected outputs.
The post holder will use a deep understanding of Integrated Community Equipment Services and the essential role the service plays in keeping residents well and living independently in their own home for as long as possible in order to shape the project plan and inform the key outputs listed in the job description.
