Summary
For the department “Integrated Logistic Support & In-Service Support Optronics (ILS/ISS)” in the “Customer Services” division, we are looking for a “Project Manager Integrated Logistic Support (f/m/d)” at the Oberkochen location - Aalen site at the earliest possible date.
The “Customer Service” department is responsible for ensuring the availability of the corresponding HENSOLDT products and the subsequent supply and customer support. In the ILS phase, our department lays the logistical foundations for the successful service business of HENSOLDT Optronics Customer Services. In the utilization phase (In-Service Support), we supply services and spare parts on the basis of service contracts in order to keep our customers’ optronic products and systems in operation with the highest possible availability.

Your Tasks

  • Management of “Integrated Logistic Support” projects for optoelectronic systems of military land and air vehicles
  • Responsibility for all measures to establish the supply capability of networked sensor solutions
  • Representing service issues in the integrated project team and working closely with the in-service support team
  • Technical management of interdisciplinary project teams in the field of ILS / LSA (specialist departments, customers and UANs)
  • Influencing the serviceability of the system on the basis of service strategy and customer requirements
  • Creating service, logistics and maintenance concepts as well as strategies for optimizing costs throughout the entire product lifecycle
  • Designing, coordinating, coordinating and prioritizing logistical delivery items (special tools, measuring and testing equipment, spare parts, training documents, spare parts catalogs, usage, maintenance and repair documentation)
  • Creation of material preservation and obsolescence management concepts and optimization of spare parts requirements
  • Continuous assessment of product maturity risks and derivation of defined measures in close cooperation with internal and external engineering teams and the customer
  • Regular and responsible reporting and presentation of the ILS status to internal and external customers

Willingness to travel is required.

Your Profile

  • Completed technical studies, supplemented by good business management knowledge
  • Many years of experience as a technical project manager
  • Many years of experience and in-depth knowledge in the areas of ILS / LSA, MIL-STD-1388-2A/2B, ASD S-series specifications and / or equivalent procedures
  • Experience in the preparation of service-relevant parts in technical offers
  • Experience in military maintenance and its logistics structures advantageous
  • Ability to analyze design / construction documents and process them with regard to logistical issues
  • Very good organizational and communication skills as well as an independent and self-reliant way of working
  • Confident and convincing appearance and strong assertiveness
  • Very good team and team leadership skills as well as a high sense of responsibility
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
