Responsibilities:

  • You will be engaged with our Business Development team, Operations leaders and our key external partners to design and implement innovative, integrated programs that deliver on CBI Health’s Purpose, Promise and Values
  • Your days are full of action and you are in constant communication with the Home Health team and CBI Health corporate support teams to ensure successful delivery of multiple business development projects in various project phases:
  • You are leading the development of project plans in collaboration with internal and external leaders and subject matter experts. This includes the project schedule, risk management strategies, linkages to other initiatives, etc.
  • You have a clear sight of the progress made and the upcoming activities. You know when the project is progressing smoothly and when the project needs course correction. You use project management tools and practices to make sure the project achieves the intended outcomes and delivers on CBI Health’s unique value proposition in support of health system partners;
  • You make connections between active projects to support stakeholders to take advantage of synergies to increase effectiveness and efficiency;
  • You use sound judgement to proactively manage risk and resolve issues;
  • You communicate project status in a clear and concise way, as written report or verbal discussion. You create dashboard and executive reports to bring insight and support decision making;
  • You are the trusted advisor and a champion of project management practices, .
