As a Senior Project Manager at Integrity360, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering cybersecurity projects that are critical to our clients’ security posture.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Integrity360 is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex cybersecurity projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects that enhance the security and integrity of our clients’ systems and data.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ideally have 3+years working within a Managed Serviced Provider or similar.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or CISM are preferred.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead and manage cybersecurity projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their cybersecurity needs, define project objectives, and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Management: Build and lead project teams, including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and providing guidance and support to team members.
Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to meet project goals.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet high-quality standards and comply with cybersecurity best practices and industry standards.
Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on project status, progress, and issues.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and post-project reports.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices, and identify opportunities for process improvements within the organization.
Compliance: Ensure that projects comply with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards.
