We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join a dynamic Interior Design and Fit-Out team based in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for managing high-quality projects from inception to completion.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management within the interior design and fit-out industry.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients and lead teams.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s construction and interior design regulations is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, leadership qualities, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Experience:

• Interior design company: 8 years (Required)

• Lead and manage multiple interior design and fit-out projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
• Proactively resolve issues and mitigate risks during project lifecycle.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to drive business growth and project success.
