JOB DESCRIPTION :

VIC Interior Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee healthcare interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of project delivery, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Candidates must hold a relevant degree or qualifications from a recognized Singapore institution.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education : Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field from a recognized Singapore institution.
  • Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or interior fit-out projects.
  • Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of construction processes, M&E coordination, and healthcare-specific fit-out requirements.
  • Software Proficiency : Familiarity with project management tools, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
  • Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and team interactions.
  • Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and decision-making skills to address project challenges.
  • Time Management : Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning : Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Team Leadership : Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors, designers, and site supervisors, ensuring collaboration and efficiency.
  • Client Liaison : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all work complies with Singapore’s building codes, safety regulations, and healthcare-specific standards.
  • Resource Management : Allocate and manage resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate delays, cost overruns, or safety issues.
  • Quality Control : Oversee project execution to ensure high standards of workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
  • Cost Management : Monitor project costs, track variations, and ensure adherence to the approved budget.
  • Documentation : Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, contracts, and compliance records.
  • Problem Solving : Address and resolve on-site issues or challenges swiftly to minimize disruptions.
  • Handover : Oversee the final inspection and ensure a smooth handover of the completed project to the client.
