ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As we undertake our exciting venture in the Defence Industry, we are looking for an experienced people focused Project Manager to utilise their expertise to shape our team and make an impact on our upcoming projects to support our International Deployments process.
You will be managing the placements of new and existing staff in a fast-paced complex environment where things can change daily. The position requires you to operate with a reasonable degree of autonomy, drive and self-motivation. You will be responsible for the successful development of key plans, processes and also execution, and closeout elements in the projects including adherence to plan, schedule, meeting agreed KPI’s and stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, coordinating and delivering project management based tasks for international placements into USA & UK
- Preparation and collation of reports for ASC internal and customer/external use in accordance with project requirements and coordinate weekly, monthly and quarterly project reviews.
- Coordinating the planning, development, execution and close out of project activities in liaison with ASC internal functional departments and/or customers as required, to ensure the successful project outcomes.
- Manage day-to-day activities necessary to complete the assigned project(s) or elements of projects in accordance with the cost and schedule baseline.
- Building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Management and supervision of assigned Project Coordinators and Administrators including line management responsibilities.
