THE OPPORTUNITY

We are working with an outer Western suburbs organisation with multiple offices and branches that is undergoing a number of office and other facilities IT system and infrastructure projects and we are looking for an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team.
Commencing in the next 2 weeks the role is an end-to-end project management role, managing a number of quite complex IT Infrastructure and office uplift and associated implementation and upgrade projects, mainly through suppliers and vendors, ensuring projects and delivered on time and budget and delivery partners are held to account.
This is an immediate start, initially for 3 months, but is expected to extend, based on site (at least 3 days per week) in Melbourne’s outer Western suburbs and some travel to sites (local) may be required.

To qualify you will be able to start in the next 2 weeks, and will be able to demonstrate:

• Significant IT infrastructure project management experience
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously
• Strong proactive communications and planning experience and ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple delivery partners
• Knowledge of Audio Visual, access control and other facilities systems would be highly regarded
