Krakow-based opportunity with the possibility to work 100% remotely!
As a Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a global leader in financial services. You will be part of the Cybersecurity Assessment and Testing team, focusing on managing information, technology, and cybersecurity risks. Your role will involve leading technical projects aimed at software improvements, capability uplift, and process automation. You will work collaboratively with various teams, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic engineering projects using best practices in agile project management.

Responsibilities:

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Delivering medium-sized projects across the Engineering team to support change program outcomes
  • Producing full project plans and defining project requirements
  • Producing and delivering user test plans
  • Managing the overall architecture delivery book of work
  • Managing required governance processes to support system delivery and operational processes
  • Producing updated operational processes to support new features and tooling
  • Managing the project approach, building stakeholder buy-in around the project plan and commitments
  • Producing project status reports and ad hoc reporting requirements on the health of the projects
  • Proactively managing all project & delivery risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Working with Programme managers to ensure project activities are aligned to wider programme objectives
  • Being the main contact for respective projects across the wider programme
  • Tracking and managing risks throughout the lifecycle of the project
  • Delivering successful project outcomes on time and within budget
  • Contributing to and agreeing on business transition plans, including handover criteria

YOU’RE IDEAL FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Strong experience in delivering Agile projects for software delivery teams
  • Experience in technology delivery in a complex organization
  • Experience in business requirements definition and testing
  • Experience in delivering business process documentation
  • Excellent planning and reporting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities
  • Flexibility to manage workload effectively
  • Ability to support aggressive delivery timelines without compromising on quality
  • Quick learning ability
  • Fluent English
