As a Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution dedicated to safeguarding its operations through innovative cybersecurity products and services. You will oversee the successful execution and governance of multiple workstreams, adopting Agile practices to drive the delivery of cutting-edge solutions. This role requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to prioritize effectively, and a deep understanding of both the products and the value they deliver. Your expertise will be key in managing resources, including third-party vendors, to ensure projects meet all governance and control standards.

Responsibilities:

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading the delivery of product development and project workstreams using Agile methodologies
  • Managing the product development backlog, ensuring clear priorities are established and maintained
  • Identifying, managing, and communicating dependencies and risks to ensure timely delivery
  • Actively managing blockers, risks, issues, and assumptions, escalating them as needed
  • Collaborating closely with other cybersecurity teams to define and understand interfaces
  • Ensuring adherence to the client’s policy, governance controls, and design standards
  • Engaging with stakeholders to ensure goals, scope, and product priorities are clearly understood
  • Working with third parties, including vendors, legal teams, and academic partners, to deliver project outcomes
  • Making recommendations to influence decision-making and maintain progress toward delivery
  • Ensuring projects are on target and comply with all governance and control standards

YOU’RE IDEAL FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience working as a Project or Delivery Manager in complex programs
  • Knowledge of Agile project delivery with demonstrated experience
  • Strong familiarity with JIRA and JIRA administration
  • Exceptional planning, leadership, and communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, especially in complex environments
  • Experience managing resources, including third-party vendors, in an Agile delivery environment
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple workstreams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on removing blockers and mitigating risks
  • A solid understanding of governance controls and adherence to industry standards
  • Ability to drive progress and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
