REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, ideally in the Operations area.
  • Bachelor degree in business administration.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Be curious and task oriented.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution: Supervise the daily execution of project tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. Coordinate the activities of the different teams involved in the project.
  • Monitoring and Control: Track project progress and communicate project status to interested parties. Identify and resolve any deviations from the plan.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including regular updates on project progress, status reports and meetings.
  • Documentation: Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, including plans, reports and other relevant documents.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and teams to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Continuous Improvement: Look for opportunities to improve project management processes and practices
