MRM is a Digital Marketing and Advertising leading multinational company.
At MRM BA a Project Manager is responsible for activating and supervising production and equipment on a day-to-day basis.
Working time: 11:00 to 20:00 hs

• Able to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver an overall solution

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 6 months to 1 year experience in project management or service management within a professional services company
• Advanced English level (oral and written)
• MS Project or other project plan software (Smartsheet) experience preferred
• Familiarity with project methodologies, including agile, hybrid, or waterfall preferred

• Schedule project meetings.
• Conduct asset quality reviews before passing it on to teams
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
• Create and manage project scope documents and timetables/action plans
• Interact and collaborate efficiently with clients, vendors and internal teams
• Identify project resource requirements and facilitate staffing
• Coordinate asset deliveries with external and internal teams
• Manage workflow tickets and online collaboration
