Description:
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field,
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within a PMO, tech, or related environment; experience can range from coordinating smaller projects to managing larger initiatives,
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (knowledge of Agile, Prince2, or similar frameworks is a plus),
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects effectively,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams and building relationships with stakeholders,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with some experience in project management software.

In this role, you’ll manage a variety of projects that contribute to our strategic goals, help shape and improve our project processes, and play a hands-on role in developing our PMO’s tools and methodologies.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Project management & execution:
- Take ownership of planning, organising, and overseeing project tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery,
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and milestones, and help ensure projects align with business goals,
- Proactively monitor project progress, address potential risks, and work collaboratively with team members to create solutions,
- Keep team members and stakeholders informed with regular updates, reports, and performance metrics.
- PMO development:
- Help develop and refine project management tools, templates, and methodologies to improve overall project efficiency and impact,
- Work with cross-functional teams to promote best practices and enhance processes across the organisation,
- Support the PMO in educating stakeholders on project management benefits, tools, and frameworks, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement,
- Maintain and organise project documentation, ensuring it’s accessible and up-to-date for ongoing PMO improvements.
