DESCRIPTION

· Manage digital projects from inception to launch, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and execution.
· Collaborate with the Product Owner to define priorities, schedules, and align project goals with business needs.
· Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
· Track and report team capacity, performance metrics, and drive continuous process improvements.
· Act as a communication bridge between business, technology, and execution teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.
· Resolve roadblocks, optimize workflows, and ensure Agile best practices for efficient project execution.
· Engage with clients to establish expectations, drive innovation, and deliver successful project outcomes.
Preferred:
PMP, Scrum Master Certification, Healthcare domain knowledge.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
