Project Manager, Laboperator (m/f/d)

YOUR MISSION

Lead and scale customer implementation projects for Laboperator on a technical, support and business level. Ensure that customer projects go smoothly and lead to high user adoption and activities, especially at Key Accounts in Pharma etc. You will lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones on time, within scope, and on budget, while fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. By leveraging your expertise in project management methodologies, you will ensure the highest standards of quality, risk management, and client satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

JOB EXPERIENCE

• 8 years of project management experience, preferentially at software organizations or in pharma or related industries
• Experience in delivering impactful projects, e.g. custom software deliveries

• Coordinate and track all activities with internal and customer-stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the deployment process and post deployment
• Contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements for future deployments.
• Participate in internal standups with the customer implementation team
