Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Manage a consolidated project plan and schedule, day to day work of the project team, task assignments, priorities, team deliverables, issues and risks, stakeholder engagement, project communication and project financials.
- Lead a project team to work effectively and efficiently toward project objectives in a complex and diverse environment with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities to ensure high quality deliverables.
- Provide regular communication and status updates to management on all aspects of the project. Prepare briefings, presentations and other project documentation as required.
- Manage project issues and risks (e.g. identifies, monitors, escalates, resolves, and reports) through the team. Create mitigation strategies, propose resolutions and escalate issues to management when required.
- Lead, facilitate, coordinate project team meetings. Track action items, decision items, and follow up on items as necessary.
- Work closely with internal and external project stakeholders to ensure the objectives of the project are being met and aligned with the overall strategies and goals.
- Collaborates with various internal or external service providers/partners to plan/align project dependencies and/or integrate solution components.
- Clearly communicate project team member roles and responsibilities and set clear and specific expectations for project resources.
- Champions the agile / scrum framework to promote best practices and awareness to the project team, clients and/or stakeholders in order to ensure success.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements - Project Management Knowledge and Skills (30%)
1.1. 15+ years experience in project management, stakeholder management and IT project delivery preferably in the public sector
1.2. Demonstrated experience in creating, monitoring and reporting on project timelines and deliverables.
1.3. Demonstrated experience leading and delivering multiple projects and cross-functional teams, including scoping, planning and managing resources.
1.4. Ability to conduct quick assessments, identifying potential risks and issues and and providing proper mitigation strategies.
1.5. Excellent time management and prioritization skills; ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously without loosing focus on the priority.
1.6. Ability the manage project budget, forecast and management of budget variances.
1.7. Ability to estimate resource requirements, identify gaps, and assist in the recruitment of the required resources where needed.
1.8. Ability to assess project delays and lead meetings to understand causes, impacts, and implements corrective actions. - Technology Experience (20%)

3.3. Demonstrated experience drafting SOW, Work orders and contract negotiations.
3.4. Demonstrated vendor management experience in OPS / government setting, understanding of Procurement practices. - Consultation, Communication and Collaboration (30%)
