The Project Manager for the Legal Department will support GoodLeap’s in-house team of attorneys through management of Legal projects and fostering of communication with key stakeholders across the business. This role involves utilizing project management tools and techniques to manage initiation, planning and ownership, execution, monitoring and reporting, and closure of projects. The Project Manager will establish relationships with other internal teams to assist with the smooth cascade of legal changes, integration of legal consultation early in initiative lifecycles, and realistic expectation setting for legal review turnaround times; and will provide the General Counsel with oversight of projects: those on track, any issues and bottlenecks, areas for process improvement, and resource balancing.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

  • A seasoned project manager with the ability to drive Company and Departmental goals and innovate technological and process solutions to achieve project efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Possesses a strong technical background with the ability to develop, implement and leverage Project Management tools and systems to help run projects to completion
  • An analytical thinker who thrives on data-driven decision making and utilizes metrics to measure success.
  • A born problem solver with a knack for identifying opportunities in ambiguity, assessing and mitigating risks and crafting innovative solutions.
  • A natural communicator who can bridge the gap between legal, technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users.

    Compensation: $120k - $140k annually
