Are you a solid Project Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional results and leading dynamic teams? LeSHOP is looking for a talented individual to oversee the full life-cycle of client projects valued up to £500k. As a Project Manager at LeSHOP, you will be responsible for managing a variety of projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams with confidence, making decisive decisions
- Manage project production, resourcing, and finances
- Oversee day-to-day project operations and approvals
- Foster relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Ensure top-quality project deliverables are met
- Track project finances and report against estimates
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders on project scope and changes
- Demonstrate sound decision-making, strategic thinking, and exceptional organizational skills
QUALIFICATIONS
- Project management experience in the Advertising industry
- Knowledge of print and digital production processes
- Experience in delivering digital display campaigns and OOH
- Passionate about managing online & offline marketing campaigns
- Ability to handle multiple projects and accounts simultaneously
- Understanding of digital design concepts and technologies
- Familiarity with different project management methodologies
- Adaptable with project processes and documentation
- Proficiency in tools like Gantt charts, Google Sheets, and bug tracking tools
- Expertise in using Jira and Trello for project management
