Responsibilities:
YOUR IMPACT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a (Junior/Medior) Project Manager, who is eager to support at the management of several different projects of our Real World Data team, with a focus on our Life Science projects. As a Project Manager, you will manage (sub-)projects and support at the delivery of our Real World Data products, analytics, reports, and impact programs to multiple clients, including hospitals, healthcare insurers, and pharmaceutical companies.
You will work on projects that aim to improve appropriate drug use within healthcare institutions through various data analyses. Our mission is to provide answers to critical questions, such as:
- How are drugs used in the real world? What is the uptake of newly introduced medicine?
- What are the real-world clinical and patient outcomes? How do they compare to trial results?

For some specific project examples see: https://arwen.eu/projects/
As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Project Management: Planning and executing of project plans and study protocols in collaboration with pharmaceutical companies, translating study protocols to concrete actions for our analytics and development team, and managing several (sub)projects. This involves proactively monitoring progress, resolving issues, and implementing corrective actions to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Healthcare Content Analysis: Monitoring drug uptake, analyzing standards of care and patient pathways, assessing therapy impacts, and studying outcomes and costs for pharmaceutical companies and hospitals. Your role will not be to execute the analyses yourself (therefore we have our fantastic analytics team), but to critically shape and review analysis outcomes and to support our analytics team so
- they have everything that is needed to setup and execute the analyses in terms of planning, scoping, and client needs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining effective communication with important stakeholders, internally, with pharmaceutical companies and hospitals and/or managing third-party contributors.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring high-quality delivery of analytics, products, or services on time and within budget, as per project plan.

The burden of healthcare spending weighs heavily on economies, while the sheer number of options physicians and patients can choose from leads to uncertainty and unacceptable variations in clinical outcomes. At LOGEX, we have one superpower: data analysis. We choose to use this superpower to help address today’s healthcare issues by turning data into better healthcare. Besides a purpose-driven workplace, we offer you:
- An excellent compensation package (salary, holiday allowance, pension, 25 holidays, internet- and phone allowance)

- Access to the LOGEX academy including (technical training, language classes, personal development & management development programs, facilitated internally and externally)
- A diverse and inclusive environment with inspiring professionals committed to turning data into better healthcar
