Lotus Cars Limited is the manufacturing site of Lotus in the UK. Here we produce all sportscars types such as the Emira and the Evija. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Project Manager in the Engineering Department to join us in our manufacturing plant based in Hethel.

SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the Project Management New product introduction, by coordinating and integrating the activities and deliverables, across multiple functional departments, governed by the LPDS process, to meet the project objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Project development strategy / plan & policy - establish the Development strategy and approach, resources strategy, cost management and amortisation strategy etc.
  • Project Master schedule - plan and establish the project scheduling, action plan and tracking.
  • Project Investment/budget - Establish the Project investment plan and control.
  • Project Quality Management - Ensuring the LPDS gateways/milestones are followed, and deliverable requirements are met.
  • Project Organisational planning and cross functional team deployment - Establish and review the project organisation chart, scope of works and resources planning.
  • Project Risk Management report - Establish and conduct the risk assessment plan, tracking and control / mitigation.
  • Project performance report - Project status reporting to the management and follow up / follow through of the action plan during the development period.
  • Limited travel - possible requirement to support key supplier visits, resource providers.
