Job Description

  • Planning, management and implementation of development projects
  • Desicion-making ability in ongoing development projects to increase sales and expertise in the field of rheology over the long run
  • Monitoring and controlling the progress of projects in line with deadlines, quality and cost targets
  • Tracking and reporting on project performance, timing and costs
  • Identification, coordination and escalation of solution options for complex problems in projects and active risk management
  • Continuous process improvement of the internal product development process

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in physics, technical physics, materials science, electronics or similar
  • Relevant professional experience in materials science, ideally in rheology
  • DNA project manager with decision-making ability and pragmatic approach; experience in waterfall and/or agile, certification is advantageous
  • Reflective and self-confident demeanour on all levels of hierarchy, analytical, economic and technical mindset as well as the ability to isolate key issues and implement and finalize corresponding measures in a determined and solution-oriented manner
  • Strong communication and team skills, initiative and independent way of working
  • Very good English skills
