YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Master degree in business engineering or scientific technologies
• 5 to 10 years of experience as PMO
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Project Management Officer
• Excellent understanding of project management methods and tools (dashboards, planning, budget…)
• Experience in management of cross-functional, multi-sites, international teams
• English business proficiency
• Strong leadership skills
• Negotiation & networking skills
• Ability to consolidate information and effectively communicate to top management level
• Strong attention to details and technicalitiesExcellent organizational and technical abilities

Working inside Program Management Organization of Power Transistor Sub-Group, the candidate will have the role to coordinate global development projects in complex environments.
In this scope, the candidate will have to ensure the achievement of project objectives (compliance with deadlines, costs and quality) by ensuring an effective focus of the different teams working on project on the tasks assigned to each of them.
