What experience is needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the health, humanitarian, or public sector.
- Proven administrative, organisational, and logistical skills.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills to engage with multiple stakeholders.
- Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Familiarity with legal agreements and financing instruments.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to join the ANZ Hearing Health Collaborative (HHC) as Project Manager. You will be employed through Macquarie University and report directly to the ANZ HHC Co-Chairs.
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical, administrative, and logistical support during the establishment phase of the ANZ HHC as an independent entity. This includes managing day-to-day operations, offering financial and legal expertise, and executing administrative duties to support the ANZ HHC’s transition to full operationalisation. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including HHC members, partner organisations, and agencies, to ensure the successful implementation of activities and programs.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Oversee and execute administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the ANZ HHC.
- Provide regular updates to Co-Chairs on activities, progress, and challenges.
- Act as the primary point of contact, fostering collaboration with HHC members, organisations, institutions and government agencies.
- Prepare detailed reports and monitor the progress and effectiveness of activities under the ANZ HHC framework.
- Develop and present the annual work program and budget to the Co-Chairs for approval, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance standards and strategic objectives.
- Oversee program processes to ensure timely execution and adherence to strategic objectives.
- Identify funding opportunities and manage financial agreements to support key initiatives.
- Provide ongoing governance support to Co-Chairs, ensuring structures are operational and aligned with objectives.
