Notes to applicants:

  • Dimensional sees great value from collaborating in our offices and appreciates the benefits of flexibility. Most roles fit our office-first hybrid approach: We are together on our campuses Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and have the choice to work in the office or remotely, depending on what is best for that work day, on Mondays and Fridays. This approach maximizes in-person collaboration and interaction while simultaneously providing flexibility and applies to most roles globally with a few exceptions that require more or less time in the office. Please discuss with your Recruiter to confirm the details for this specific role.
  • Resumes and portfolios (when applicable) are required as part of your application. When applying from a mobile device or tablet, you may not be able to attach a resume. If you cannot include an attachment at the time of your application, you will receive a follow up email asking you to attach your resume from a computer.
  • Here at Dimensional, we strive to be an inclusive workplace for all. Even if you do not match every qualification listed, if you are interested in who we are, what we do, and why we do it, we suggest and encourage you to apply.
  • If you require reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, or otherwise participating in the employee selection process, such accommodation is available upon request.

Job Description:
The Global Marketing Department
The marketing department partners with other areas of the firm to effectively communicate and deliver Dimensional’s message through various internal and external platforms. Team members are passionate about the firm’s philosophy and work collaboratively to spread the word about Dimensional’s offering. Everyone on the team is empowered to identify and champion ideas that deliver on our commitments to stakeholders.
The EMEA Marketing Department

The EMEA team is responsible for developing regional marketing strategy, implementing brand and content design, and delivering impactful marketing activity to support regional growth efforts. The team is focused on four key objectives:

  • Support regional business needs and growth opportunities.
  • Act as regional consultants to both the EMEA business and the global marketing department.
  • Execute, roll-out and tailor global marketing initiatives for the region.
  • Improve the client and prospect experience and raise awareness of Dimensional in our target markets.

The Role
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. The role requires strong project management skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of the asset management industry.
This role sits within marketing operations and is a member of the EMEA marketing team. Our regional operations team is small but mighty, so a key part of the role will be scaling your impact. This role will suit an individual who thrives in creating structure from ambiguity, has a proactive approach and loves solving complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages end to end project execution, coordinating project discovery, capturing project scopes, creating schedules, consulting with SMEs, and ensuring all milestones are met and the output is of a high standard. This will involve a mixture of smaller, quick turnaround content projects and the wider rollout of regional regulatory or operational deliverables.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate systems and tools, providing regular status updates and reports, and acting as the primary point of contact for all marketing project related communications.
  • Proactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies to minimise disruption. Knows when to escalate critical issues to leadership.
  • Ensure all projects meet regulatory distribution requirements, across all EMEA jurisdictions and undergo rigorous proofing and legal/compliance sign off before release.
  • Identify and implement best practices to streamline project workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Forecast resource requirements and work with global teams to allocate appropriate resources.
  • Flexibility to work on ad-hoc projects to support business needs as directed.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of the EMEA regulatory environment, compliance requirements and how this applies to marketing and distribution material.
  • Asset management experience with knowledge of investment products.
  • Experience working in a global matrix organisation and coordinating across different regions and time zones.
  • Experience managing and rolling out large scale, business critical projects and improving business processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound judgement and an ability to quickly establish confidence with stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills, including collaborating across teams to achieve the best results.
  • Adept at juggling numerous projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
  • Ability to be a team player with an openness to feedback and desire to collaborate.
  • Proactive self-starter who looks for solutions, takes initiative and will go the extra mile for the best outcome.
  • Familiarity and/or experience with website content management, digital asset management systems, and web publication procedures.
  • A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, project management or related field and/or relevant work experience in a similar role.

Preferred:

  • IMC, CAIA, CFA, MBA, or project management qualification (e.g., Prince 2 or PMP)
  • Previous experience of a workflow management tool (e.g., Jira)
  • Knowledge of Dutch or German would be advantageous but not essential.
