KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Project Planning and Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of projects, working closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, timelines, and budgets. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood, communicated, and met. Build strong relationships, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate internal project teams, including 3rd party suppliers, consultants, and subcontractors, to ensure effective collaboration and timely project execution. Delegate tasks and provide support as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required standards and quality expectations, in line with benefits case and business expectations
- RISK MANAGEMENT:Identify potential project risks and issues, proactively working to mitigate and resolve them. Implement effective contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges. Identify key dependencies and work with Tech and PMO to map and prioritise delivery effectively.
- Budget and Cost Control: Monitor and track project budgets, ensuring that all expenditures are accounted for, and projects stay within the allocated budget. Provide regular financial reports to leadership and stakeholders as required.
- Scheduling and Timelines: Develop and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring projects stay on track. Identify potential delays and make adjustments as needed to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Reporting and Documentation: Provide clear and concise project status reports to stakeholders, including senior leadership. Maintain thorough documentation of all project-related communications, decisions, and changes.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong project management skills, with expertise in scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle project-related challenges with professionalism and creativity.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar tools).(Desired) Experience in Contact Centre optimisation or transformation projects
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of customer-focused projects within a dynamic real estate business currently undergoing significant transformation and change. There are two key initiatives that this role will support, both involving the change & adoption of new Tech systems, redesign of business processes and implementation of new policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing multiple complex E2E projects, from conception through to completion, ensuring that customer expectations are met while delivering projects on time, within budget, and to business standards.
